- How much is shipping?
- We have a flat fee of $4.95 shipping up on orders of $74.99 We offer a FREE shipping for any orders of $75 and up.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- We process your order within 24 hours. Items will arrive in 15 business days.
NOTE: ****We use USPS delivery service. Our customers normally get their items within 2 weeks. Although very seldom, sometimes there are unexpected delays in the post office which can take up to 3 weeks. Please understand that situation like this is beyond our control once it leaves our warehouse. ***
- Can I have a tracking number?
- Yes. You can request a tracking number within 5-7 business days of placing an order.
- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- What is your refund policy?
- We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer. However, we require that the item is unused, in original condition, returned within 30 days, and item was not on sale to qualify for a refund. We also ask for a $5 restocking fee with the returned item. You will also be responsible for the shipping fee. With this in mind, please make sure that you are ordering the correct item, the correct size and color, as well as the correct quantity to avoid getting the wrong item.

What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and how we messed up. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. This is something that will be available in the near future.
How are your shirts printed?
We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation. The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased. Our primary print style is DTG. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This allows high quality and colorful designs.
